以神祕、威脅或黑暗相關的方式，既可指字面上（光線昏暗），也可指比喻上（帶有負面或嚴肅的感覺）。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
多用於文學、描述場合，帶有威脅、諷刺或陰沉語氣，常與“說話”、“看”類動詞搭配。單純描述光線時不用此詞，應用“in the dark”。
