Crudites; havuç ve kereviz gibi çiğ sebzelerin dilimlenip dip sos eşliğinde meze veya atıştırmalık olarak sunulmasıdır.

'Crudites' Fransızca kökenli olup özellikle davetlerde, parti tepsilerinde kullanılmaktadır. Sadece çiğ sebzeler için geçerlidir, pişmiş sebzeler için kullanılmaz.
