অনেক মানুষ যখন একসাথে জমায়েত হয়, বিশেষ করে কোনো পাবলিক স্থানে, তখন তাকে ভিড় বা জনসমাগম বলে।

'crowds' হলো 'crowd'-এর বহুবচন। সাধারণত অনেক বড় দলে মানুষের কথা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'avoid crowds', 'large crowds', ইত্যাদি বাক্যে সচরাচর দেখা যায়।
