自分の行動や感情を抑えきれず、つい何かをしてしまうこと。無意識や意図せずに起こる場合に使います。

カジュアルな場面で「どうしても」や「我慢できずに」などの形で使い、主に失敗や感情を 제어できなかった時に用います。大きな決断에는 사용하지 않아요。
