告解司祭とは、教会で告解（懺悔）を聞く聖職者です。信頼して悩みや秘密を打ち明けられる相手を指すこともあります。

宗教的な意味では正式な言葉ですが、個人的な信頼相手には「信頼できる相談相手」と表現します。日常会話では「相談相手」「親友」なども使われます。
