余計な説明を省き、必要なことだけをはっきりと少ない言葉で表すこと。

「concise」は、わかりやすく要点をまとめた文章や発言を褒めるときによく使います。'concise summary' や 'concise explanation' などの表現があります。「precise（正確な）」とは意味が異なります。
