বিভিন্ন অংশ বা সদস্য মিলিয়ে একটি সম্পূর্ণ জিনিসের কথা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়; অর্থাৎ 'বানানো হয়েছে' বা 'গঠিত'।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত লিখিত ও আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'comprised of' নিয়ে বিতর্ক থাকায় একদম আনুষ্ঠানিক লেখায় 'consists of' বা 'composed of' ব্যবহার করা ভালো।
