Definition

갑자기 무너지거나 쓰러지는 것, 또는 약해지거나 손상되어 기능을 멈추는 것을 뜻함. 완전히 실패하는 상황에도 사용함.

건물, 시장, 건강, 정부와 같이 사용하며, 사람이 지쳐서 쓰러질 때나, 뭔가 갑자기 멈출 때 흔히 씀.

The building collapsed after the earthquake.

지진 이후 그 건물이 **무너졌다**.
