Definition

食べ物や何かを口でかむ人や動物のこと。ガムやペンなどをかむ癖がある人にも使います。

『gum chewer』『slow chewer』などのように習慣や特徴で使われます。単体ではあまり使いません。フォーマルな場ではほとんど使われません。

He is a slow chewer, so he takes longer to finish his meals.
