摂氏は、0度で水が凍り、100度で沸騰する温度計の目盛りです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常「○度摂氏」や「○℃」の形で使います。正式表記では大文字を使い、「センチグレード」とも呼ばれることがあります。アメリカ以外でよく使われます。
