শারীরিক পরিশ্রম বা হঠাৎ কোনো ধাক্কার পর আবার স্বাভাবিকভাবে শ্বাস নেওয়ার জন্য একটু থামা। মানসিক চাপের পর নিজেকে সামলানোর জন্যও ব্যবহার হয়।
