햇볕을 쬐며 휴식을 취하거나 피부를 태우기 위해 밖에서 시간을 보내는 것.

비공식적으로 사용되며, 해변이나 공원 등에서 쉴 때 주로 사용함. 실제로 '어떤 것을 잡는다'는 뜻이 아니라 일광욕의 의미임.
