店や銀行でお金のやり取りを担当し、お客さんにお釣りやレシートを渡す人たちのこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「レジ係」は主にスーパーや店舗で使われます。銀行では「窓口係」や「銀行員」という場合もあります。「cashier」はスタッフの職名にもなります。
