カネロニは、大きな筒状のパスタで、肉やチーズ、野菜などを詰めてソースと一緒に焼く料理です。

主にイタリア料理やレストランで見かけます。「カネロニ」は複数形で使い、典型的な具材はリコッタチーズとほうれん草、牛ひき肉やソーセージです。「マニコッティ」と混同しやすいですが、カネロニはパスタシートから作ることが多いです。
