会社やビジネスの全株式または持分を取得して、完全な支配権を得ること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ビジネスでよく使われ、誰かの持ち分を全て買う場合に使う。『buyout』は名詞形もある。『buy up』（商品などを全部買い占める）と混同しないように注意。
