しばらく使っていなかった知識やスキルを、もう一度さっと見直して思い出すこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

くだけた表現。'brush up on my Spanish' のように復習したい内容を 'on' で示すことが多い。初めて学ぶときには使わず、既に学んだことを思い出したり確認したりする場合に使う。
