お酒をたくさん飲むことや、仲間と宴会で飲み騒ぐこと。度を超えた飲酒を指す場合が多いです。

「酒盛り」「飲み騒ぎ」はカジュアルな表現で、フォーマルな場では使わない。無茶な飲み方や悪い印象で使われる場合が多い。『酒盛りする』『飲み騒ぎ』などの形でよく使う。

He spent the whole weekend boozing with friends.
