किसी गलती या गलत फैसले के कारण एक महत्वपूर्ण मौका खो देना या गँवा देना।

यह एक अनौपचारिक (informal) बोलचाल की अभिव्यक्ति है। 'Blow' यहाँ 'बरबाद करना' या 'गँवाना' के अर्थ में आता है। इसे 'big chance', 'only chance' आदि के साथ सामान्यतः इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
