الإبلاغ عن أو كشف شيء غير قانوني أو خاطئ، خاصة بإبلاغ السلطات أو العامة بذلك.

غالباً ما يُستخدم في سياق كشف الفساد في المنظمات أو الحكومات. الشخص الذي يفعل ذلك يسمى 'whistleblower' (المبلّغ عن الفساد). قد يكون ذلك محفوفاً بالمخاطر.
