充血した (目)

Definition

目が充血しているとは、疲れやアレルギーなどで目が赤くなり、血管が目立って見える状態です。

ほとんどの場合「目」にしか使いません。「bloodshot eyes」は決まり文句で、不眠や泣いたあと、アレルギー時よく使います。

My eyes are bloodshot after staying up all night.
