しみや傷は、肌や物の表面にできる小さな跡やキズ、不完全な部分を指します。人の肌にも物にも使われます。

特に肌のしみやニキビ、傷を表すときによく使いますが、物の欠点にも使われます。「skin blemishes」「surface blemishes」などの言い方も一般的です。
