「悪党」とは、卑劣で邪悪な行いをする人物を指す、非常に古風な侮辱表現です。現代ではめったに使われず、昔の物語やユーモラスな場面で使われます。

現代では冗談や物語でしか使われず、実際に他人を強く侮辱したいときは異なる単語を使います。
