うそやごまかしを使って人からお金をだまし取ること、または支払うべきお金を払わないこと。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に法律やニュースなどフォーマルな場面で使われます。「顧客をだまし取る」「システムをだまし取る」などの形で用いられることが多いです。日常会話ではあまり使いません。
