グループや会社などで一番偉い人やトップの人を、親しみや冗談を込めて表す言い方です。正式な場では使いません。

「big kahuna」はカジュアルや冗談の場面で使います。「トップ」や「ボス」と混同しすぎないようにしましょう。フォーマルな紹介では使いません。
