यह शब्द बहुत पुराना और धार्मिक या साहित्यिक ग्रंथों में ही पाया जाता है (जैसे King James Bible)। आजकल 'believes' ही आम तौर पर प्रयोग किया जाता है। दैनिक भाषा में न उपयोग करें।
