特に印象的なものや素晴らしいものをじっと見ること。主に文学的または格式ばった場面で使われる表現。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
非常に格式ばった・文学的な言葉。「見つめる」「じっと見る」は日常会話ではなく、詩や宗教的表現などで使われる。普段の「見る」と区別して使うべき。
