आरामदायक और सहज महसूस करना, न कि नर्वस या चिंतित। सेना में यह आदेश भी होता है जिससे सैनिक आराम की मुद्रा में खड़े होते हैं।
Usage Notes (Hindi)
आम बोलचाल और सेना दोनों में इस्तेमाल होता है। बातचीत में 'नर्वस' या 'असहज' के विपरीत। सेना में 'At ease!' एक औपचारिक आदेश है।
