O astigmatismo é uma condição ocular comum em que a curvatura da córnea ou do cristalino é irregular, levando a visão turva ou distorcida.

Utilizado sobretudo em contextos médicos e de optometria. Refere-se sempre a uma condição ocular, diferente de 'estigmatismo'. Normalmente corrigido com óculos, lentes de contacto ou cirurgia.
