下級裁判所の判決を上級裁判所で見直すことに関するもの。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に法律用語として使われ、『上訴裁判所』（appellate court）や『上訴権限』（appellate jurisdiction）などの表現で使われます。日常会話では使われません。「appealing」と混同しないようにしましょう。
