いろいろ挙げた後に使う、とてもカジュアルな表現。「など全部」や「…みたいなものも含めて」という意味。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

かなりカジュアルな言い方で、会話でよく使われる。「…など」「…とか全部」のように、リストの最後に自然に付け加える。フォーマルな場面では避ける。
