二つの物事が機能や構造、性質などで似ている場合に「類似した」と言います。同じものではありませんが、共通点があります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「analogous」はフォーマルで学術的な文脈で使われ、主に「analogous to ～」の形で使われます。「identical」（同一の）とは区別します。日常会話ではあまり使いません。
