交互する補欠

Definition

2つ以上のものを交互に行うこと、または誰かの代わりを務める人のこと。

繰り返し行動や交替要員の意味で使われる。スポーツや舞台などで『補欠』としてよく使う。'alternative'（別の選択肢）とは区別しよう。

The teacher alternates between fun and serious activities.

先生は楽しい活動と真面目な活動を**交互する**。
