日常会話で、物事がとてもすごい、大事、または素晴らしいわけではないことを表します。たいてい実際ほど大したことはないと伝える時に使います。

'not all that'は「そんなに〜じゃない」と訳す場合が多いです。カジュアルな会話向けなので、フォーマルな場面では避けてください。
