“Able” 指有能力、有权力或有机会做某事。

'Able' 常与 'to'+动词连用（如 'able to swim'）。它比 'can' 更正式，经常出现在书面语中。有时可表示“有能力的”（如 'an able student'）。不要说 'able to can'，只选一种语法结构。
