خضار أخضر طويل ذو قشرة طرية، يسمى أيضاً courgette في الإنجليزية البريطانية. غالباً يُطهى أو يؤكل نيئاً في السلطات.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

'Zucchini' يُستخدم في الإنجليزية الأمريكية وفي البريطانية يُقال 'courgette'. يُستخدم مطبوخًا أو نيئًا في أطباق كثيرة، خاصةً النباتية. لا تخلطه مع الخيار (أكثر قرمشة ويوكل نيئًا فقط).
