長く細い枝と細長い葉を持ち、水辺に生えることが多い木の一種。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は木そのものを指し、特にシダレヤナギ（weeping willow）のイメージが強いです。「willow tree」「willow branch」などでも使います。
