"whispers" in Bengali
Definition
ফিসফিসানি খুব নিচু স্বরে বলা বা কোনো শব্দ, যাতে অন্যরা সহজে শুনতে না পারে। সাধারণত কিছু গোপনীয় বা ব্যক্তিগত কথা শেয়ার করার সময় হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
‘in whispers’ বলতে ফিসফিস স্বরে কাউকে কিছু বলা বোঝায়। গোপনে বা গুজব ছড়ানোর ব্যাপারেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। জোরে কথা বলার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয় না।
