끼인박힌

Definition

좁은 공간에 단단히 끼어 움직일 수 없는 상태를 나타냅니다. 보통 두 물건 사이에 눌려 꼼짝 못할 때 사용합니다.

'get', 'be', 'between', 'in' 등의 표현과 자주 함께 사용됩니다. 실제로 뭔가가 끼었을 때나 비유적으로도 사용할 수 있습니다.

The door was wedged open with a rock.
