監管人是負責維持監獄、公園或建築等場所秩序與安全的人。他們負責執行規定和保護他人。

英文 'warden' 多用於監獄負責人（prison warden）、自然保護區的看管人（park/game warden）。不指一般保全。英式英文有時指交通管理者（traffic warden）。
