Definition
Cuando algo está eximido, significa que una regla, tarifa o derecho ha sido oficialmente eliminado o no aplicado. Se usa a menudo para hablar de tarifas o requisitos que se cancelan por solicitud o permiso especial.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
"Waived" es formal/legal, frecuente con tarifas, requisitos o derechos: "fee waived", "waived the requirement". No se usa para sentimientos o acciones cotidianas. No confundir con "wave" (ola o saludar con la mano).
