現実に存在しないもの、またはとても驚くべき・奇妙なため夢のように感じるもの。

主にカジュアルな場で使われ、信じられない体験や感動を強調するときに用いる。スラングで 'That's unreal!' は『信じられない！』の意味。'unrealistic'（非現実的）とは違うので注意。
