受け入れられないとは、間違っていたり不適切だったりして、認めたり許可したりできないことです。

フォーマルや真剣な場面で強い否定や非難を表現するときに使います。「unacceptable behavior」「totally unacceptable」などのフレーズによく使われます。「not acceptable」よりも強い言い方です。
