「2のカード」はトランプの2、「2歳（複数）」は2歳の子どもたちや2歳の時期を指す言葉です。2つずつのグループにも使われます。

日常会話ではあまり使わず、「in twos（2人ずつ）」、「トランプの2」、「the terrible twos（イヤイヤ期）」など決まった表現で使われます。
