「罠」は人や動物を捕らえたり、だましたりするための仕掛けやトリックです。スラングで「僧帽筋（肩の上部の筋肉）」も指します。

「罠」はゲームや問題解決、職場の人間関係でよく出現します。ジムでは「僧帽筋」を指す場合が多いです。「trap music」とは異なります。
