Definition
Movimento de veículos nas ruas e estradas, especialmente quando há muitos carros, ônibus ou caminhões. Também pode se referir à quantidade de movimento em uma via ou sistema de transporte.

Normalmente é incontável: diga 'There is a lot of traffic', não 'many traffics'. Combinações comuns: 'heavy traffic', 'light traffic', 'traffic jam' e 'traffic lights'. No dia a dia, muitas vezes a palavra sugere congestionamento.
