「トラック」とは、通る道やコース、動物の足跡、電車の線路などを指し、音楽アルバムの中の一曲にも使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

用途によって意味が異なります。「ランニングトラック」「線路」「動物の足跡」、「アルバムの一曲」などに使われます。動詞としての「追跡する」とは区別してください。「trace」はごく少量や残り跡を表しますので注意。
