수건은 몸이나 손, 접시 등 젖은 것을 닦아내고 말리는 데 쓰는 천입니다. 목욕수건, 손수건, 주방수건, 종이수건 등 다양한 종류가 있습니다.

'수건'은 주로 셀 수 있는 명사로 '수건 하나', '수건 두 개'처럼 사용합니다. '목욕수건', '손수건', '주방수건', '종이수건' 같은 조합이 자주 나옵니다. '수건으로 닦다'는 'towel off'에 해당합니다.
