一服は、大麻などのタバコを一回吸い込むことを指す、とてもくだけた表現です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ごくインフォーマルで、現代ではほぼ大麻専用の表現。普通のタバコには使わない。'take a toke'や'pass the toke'などの言い回しで使われる。
