豆腐是一種由黃豆製成的白色柔軟食品,經常在烹調中用作肉類的替代品。

豆腐常用於素食和純素食餐點中。豆腐味道淡,容易吸收其它食材的調味。有堅豆腐、嫩豆腐、絹豆腐等種類。不要和天貝(另一種豆製品)混淆。
