はっきりした計画なしに、何かを修理したり改良しようとすること；実験的にいじったりすること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
たいてい非公式な場で使われ、遊び心や素人っぽさがある。"tinker with"（何かをいじる）がよく使われる。専門的な修理には使わない。
